Two questions
1.- Anyone knows who's credited as the OST compositor for this game? 2.- There's a tracklist or name associated for each song? (From what I have seen in NSF files there's a total of 32 songs in this game..).)
Thanks in advance for the answers.

A lot of NES soundtracks don't have names, or they were never released anyway (I am assuming the composers had names for the songs they made, but they are not in the game or in any other source of information I know of).
You could use FE3s names for the sake of describing if you needed to.

Those credited with the music are Hirokazu Tanaka and Yuka Banba (Yuka Tsujiyoko).
There is a tracklist, but it's in Japanese (shouldn't be too hard to translate though) and I can't remember where I put it.
Hmm, Camus, did I ever translate the FE1 tracklist for you? : o

I don't remember ever seeing a translated track list for FE1 from you.
There was the FE3 one, but one can see most of those on the SPC file.

Hmm, maybe it was Celice? I just seem to remember a veteran-ish person interested in the older games requesting :S
Or maybe I just did it for myself...
Anyway, I can only find the names of 26 tracks. I'm assuming the other 6 are unused.

Hm, funny... The NSF (nintendo sound files) I have found has something like 36 tracks. Some of them are sound effects (you know, *two seconds* ta-ta-dah! *end file*), but taking those still I can't manage to match each song with each track's name.
Thanks for the help guys, I owe you one.

Did Gaiden have a music player in it's "debug" menu? That's all I can think of, if I had anything music-wise dumped for a translation ^^

It did have a music player somewhere. I can't remember if the songs had names though.
Anyway the song names can be found from the Fire Emblem The Best Vol. 1 soundtrack :S

Gaiden has a Soundtest, but no track names in there.
