Some random technical questions/requests

Firstly I have a few questions about Staves.

1) Does battle experience when using staves get reduced if you're promoted or twice-promoted? This might affect the 2nd and 3rd requests.

2) Could somebody put Paragon on a healer and test the battle experience obtained using any of these staves: Mend, Unlock, Physic, Barrier, Recover.

3) Similarly, could somebody put Blossom on a healer and test the battle experience obtained by using the Ashera Staff?

Completely unrelated, does anybody have a save at Part 4 Chapter 3 (the desert stage) to test whether Lethe or Mordecai can recruit Stefan (Stefan is found at the asterisk on this map for those that don't know)?

I've heard people successfully recruiting him, but others failing to. I do know that recruitment conversations exist for Lethe and Mordecai, so I'm leaning towards it being possible. I'm wondering if transferred data might be needed...

2) I'm pretty sure it doubles.

3) Can't help you there.

Stefan stuff:  There's conversations in the game with the two of them recruiting him (and separate ones if they talk to him after he's recruited)... I haven't tried recruiting him with them, but I suppose that's a pretty good indication that they can in fact recruit him?

I tested it a while ago with Lethe and was successfully able to recruit him. However, I had used transfer data on that file, and had indeed used Lethe to recruit him in FE9, so I don't think that helps you...

2)It all doubles
3)Doesn't change, still an instant level-up for Micaiah.
4)It worked for me, but my Mordecai had an A support with Stefan in one of my PoR playthroughs which I happened to transfer.

I've recruited Stefan with Mordecai without them having any relationships in PoR.  I'll also note that I recruited him with Lethe in PoR so I don't think there's any connection there.  I do recall having to wait on the correct space with both Mordecai and Micaiah for more than one turn before recruiting him (on different playthroughs, both on RD normal mode).

For 2) I meant to ask for some values. I don't need values for all the staves though ^^

For 3) what's puzzling me is that Pegasus Knight has the battle experience as 360 for the Ashera Staff, but I can't figure out how they could have obtained that value, whether by in-game means or hacking o__o

I guess >= 200 will have to do for now.

When I used the Ashera Staff with Micaiah she got 100xp points, if that helps ya.

Does somebody have a save at Part 2 Endgame to get Geoffrey's death quote in that chapter?
