Here's my situation:
- I no longer have a host, no FTP, no anything. I'm kind of displeased with this, as my awesome avatar is no longer available  .
- I primarily use a computer now that does not have anything FE5 patch related on it. I can't grab the patch and rehost it on rapidshare or similar, unless I was to plug everything back together on the old banger.
- Thanks to Celice for hosting the NP version at least.Disregard that, I suck cock, for at least another month. My host is back. Who knows how long it will last though, GRAB YOUR PATCHES PEOPLES. |

I've been using IPSWin. More often than not it will say "Cannot patch". When it rarley does work, everytime I load the ROM it say's "Bad ROM".
Would changing my patcher fix this?

It sounds like you're not using the ROM file, but a zip/rar/whatever file that's holding the ROM.
