Hi guys I just patched my FE5 ROM thanks to the nice people on my intro post.

But I don't really get capturing.  Do I have to capture the person and hold them until the end of the chapter to get the items or do I free them?

Select "trade" with the unit that's holding the enemy and then move the cursor over that unit so that it asks if you want to "trade" with the enemy. From there you just move all their weapons and items into the holding character's inventory. Note that you can also have an adjacent ally do the same, just be sure you're trading with the enemy and not the unit holding the enemy.

You're... Different. We all are. Him especially. But there's something kinda fantastic about that, isn't there?

There is another piece of advice that I should give you and that is, you have also got to make sure that your BLD is higher than the enemy, that is if you are going to be able to capture and that you cannot capture any enemies on horseback unless you use a Sleep Staff or a Sleep Sword.

(Neofox)Stick with playing brawl. It's a real mans game, where you play a princess fighting a pink balloon in the land of mushrooms
