How would this work?  I know I'd need a GC controller; do I need a memcard also?  If I want to play on another Wii or a GC afterwards, can I get the data to memcard if it doesn't save it there itself?  Confuzzled.

And with this, my final commitment to FESS is complete.  Yuyuko was defeated on Normal without continuing.  The victorious Sakuya has taken her place!

I did my last PoR playthough with my usual Memory Card.  I really doubt you're going to be able to save your game otherwise.

Use the Gamecube controller. If you want to save the game, you'll need a GC memory card. If you want to keep playing the first couple chapters over and over, go ahead and forget about the memory card, but I doubt you'd want to do that.

Maybe it's presumptuous of me to bring this up, but transferring data to RD requires you to save your game, and thus requires a memory card.

It works just like it does on the Gamecube as far as I know.  You need a GC controller to play and a GC memory card to save.  So just treat it like you were playing on your Gamecube.

I've been playing it on the Wii, and the only difference I noticed?  On mine, the C-stick doesn't seem to work (for rotating character models and stuff).

Doesn't affect gameplay, so you're pretty much all set.

Have you already finished the game before? You can't do that on your first playthrough.

I've finished it before.  Didn't know it was second playthrough only.
