How do I get Eyrios? He's kind of pretty. I heard you can't get him if you have Olwen, though... Is he a good unit?

o_o But I could still get him when I have Olwen, right? I thought he was only in Route A. And do you think he's pretty?

You will be unable to recruit Eyrios if you have Olwen. I don't think you can recruit him even if Olwen was captured. She needs to die/not be recruited or you can't get him.

i'm no FE master, but iirc Olwen is a better unit, if only because of her Daim Thunder.

i work for money, therefore i am a mercenary. So why do i lack the ability to sword fight while performing flips?

Even if Olwen is captured, Eyrios won't join you.
You have to either kill her or leave her in her cell in order to get him.

I don't think you can kill her while she's an enemy, but yes, if she dies after you recruit her you can get Eyrios.

^Wow, that's harsh! Even if Olwen is captured, Eyrios won't join you.
You have to either kill her or leave her in her cell in order to get him. I remember this was being disputed a while back. Is it really true that you can't simply have her captured to get Eryios?

I think it's that way so that you can't have her captured, recruit Eyrios, then rescue her so that you then have both mage knights.
