Do any of you happen to be fans of country music?  You know... Tim McGraw, Reba, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift (sort of)?

Oh, where did I put it before?

And are you going to contribute by saying that you like/dislike country music or are you just going to move my thread and say nothing?

==Yeah, not a fan of most country music much at all.

However, there are some bands that have a country sound to them that I greatly appreciate. The Eagles, for example, have some very Country sounds in a lot of their material.

I can't stand Taylor Swift. Her lyrics are even more childish than most pop songs. Judging from the lyrics alone one can assume the woman to be a total bitch.

He'll do whatever the fuck he pleases.

Well it is MY thread and he should contribute even if he's just moving it.  A simple 'I don't like country music' is fine.  And you really didn't have to tell me in such a rude manner!  You should talk to others with respect, especially if you don't know them.

And I think Taylor Swift's 'Teardrops On My Guitar' does seem a bit bitchy but I'm sure she's a nice person...  Its what most teenage girls feel and most of us ARE pretty moody/envious.

Sakura, whether you think you're justified or not telling a staff member how to post or act is begging for trouble. Just drop it; the warning I'm giving you now is probably the tamest one you're going to get from any of us.

On topic, I used to hate country music as a whole. I don't anymore, but I really don't listen to it or seek it out. The only country song I like is Lee Ann Womack's I Hope You Dance. I got lucky; my mom played it so much that I was sure I would end up hating it a lot.

Thanks, man, I've been looking for that song.

And I'm not a HUGE country fan, but there are a couple songs that I greatly enjoy.

My mother and stepfather are fans of country music, so I was exposed to it quite a bit while I was growing up. I never became much of a fan myself, though there are a few songs here and there that I enjoy.
