is Petrine Branded?

I was looking at the artworks and noticed on Petrine's chest a strange green mark.  does that mean she's a Branded?  I played through the game twice but they never say anything about it so I was curious.

Yeah, she's a Branded. She vaguely mentions it if you have Soren fight her, but aside from that it's not really spoken about much in-game.
