LinkTo be honest, I haven't checked it yet. Hopefully it's interesting. Oops, screwed up the title... EDIT Nice, Navarre and Ogma portraits. Otherwise, the site is pretty limited right now. I wonder what those mystery links are going to be(!) Anyway... Save points
During chapters, there are special tiles on the map called "Save Points", which are generally available before a boss or a dangerous event. If a character is positioned on such a tile, they can choose to save the game from the Action menu. Save Points can only be used to save the game once. However, as long as you don't overwrite the save, you can load from it as many times as you want.
Danger
If you press the X button on the map, it seems the attack ranges of all enemies is displayed (similar to an unused feature in the beta version of Blazing Sword).

For those who are too lazy to navigate through the site: Oguma's scar is on the wrong side. D: They should think about making two sprites per character now. orz Blah... I really don't like the chara design of those two. Especially Oguma who seems to have lost his charisma. Plus, it looks like he now has gray hair. =_=

Here's a couple of random images as well: LinkI had trouble playing the Flash movies, so I couldn't get any screens from them. Is there anything interesting in those movies :? Also, actually it was pretty easy to figure out those mystery buttons: System, Communication (i.e Multiplayer) and Topics. I'm not too sure about the mystery button under Fire Emblem World though. Something to do with the Touch screen (Class=touchbtn)?

The following screenshots are from the first part of page 3. (That's the only movie that works for me right now). This is what you see on the two screens during player phase. During enemy phase. Some starting stats. Experience and level up. Enemy and Player phases.

Also, could you recognize any of the BGMs? If I'm not mistaken, the one that plays during the player's phase is definitely new.

Ah, I had the sound muted before. It sounds like a remix of Book 1's theme.
Also some random things I noticed:
Navarre is a Myrmidon Mamkutes seem to use the FE1/6/8 Dragonstone system (at least when attacking) Wing Spear is Sheeda only and is effective vs Armours and Cavalry

Wow, looks like they didn't fix Jeigan's stats. Maybe his growths are better this time, but eh.
Other than the dissapointing (well, at least for me) artstyle, the graphics themselves look nice. Since I haven't played the original, I don't care much for resemblance to the first or third game.

The reason why Oguma's scar is on the wrong side is likely because there is no two sides to mugs. It's just mirrored between one side or the other ^^;;
Nice pics--really can't wait for the game. I'm liking Kain for one reason or another ^^ Not only ar ethe graphics good, but they're doing a mixture of GBA and SNES style, and it looks great most of the time~

Any more news on how AS/rescuing will work? I'm really hoping they aren't removing them just for the sake of nostalgia. I realize a lot of people claim they just ended up making the game easier, but playing the older games shows that the lack of them just makes things more annoying than actually making the game harder.

Looking through what I've got so far, I'm guessing they're using Strength to counter Attack Speed loss (for physical units at least).
For most characters their Avoid = Speed + 1/2 Luck, i.e their Avoid is invariant with the Weapon Weight.
However it doesn't work for two characters (Abel with a Javelin and Gazack with a Steel Axe) so far, possibly because their weapon's Weight exceeds their Strength?
No clue about rescuing yet. I don't remember seeing it though.
EDIT
Nope, don't see any rescuing. Sheeda couldn't rescue Doga, and Jeigan couldn't rescue Sheeda.
Also it seems Strength is indeed used to calculate AS. Abel has 6 Strength and the Javelin has 7 Weight. His Avoid is thus 8 - (7 - 6) + 2/2 = 8.

Same here. Kain is looking really good in this game. Navarre actually looks pretty nice, too.

While I'll miss the rescuing if it is indeed gone, I shall not so much as miss the old AS system with Con and Wpn Weight. It was something I simply felt I couldn't control enough, because of the limited number of Body Rings and such... (Then that whole problem about some units *coughRAVENcough* who couldn't wield weapons effectively because of their low Con, but...)

Let's just hope that the support will have affinities, oohh, I've got to publish a walkthrough for this game. So Marth now stops with the greece outfits and into the outfits that he wears in SSBM and Brawl. I'm just hoping that they make this like the actual original game, like that you could not get out of arenas after making a bet in them, dragonstones having infinite uses, having thieves destroy the treasures rather than just taking them, and clerics that have to be hit to gain exp and not by using staves. It's just wishful thinking though as I know that none of this will be in the game to make it more challenging, but as for the battle save system...it is there supposdely to make the game easier for younger audiences to play.

Raven could rape loads of shit with an Iron Axe even if there was a one con loss, and killer/silver axes were pretty powerful too. Oh thank you low enemy AS

Ah yes, but then there's that un-used, yet so-debated thing called the Link Arena... Back on topic.

Marth's Greece outfits :? If it wasn't obvious before, Mars and much of his world seems to take a page from Roman society, in various measures. But now he's more Asian, like he was in Smash Bros. >.>

Well, Mu-Alpha-Rho-Theta is a Greek name. (I think it's Greek for Mark, actually.)
I'd spell it out in the Greek script, but I'm not entirely sure how to...
