After seeing the FE7 all female playthrough I wonder how hard an FE8 all female playthrough would be I assume the only hard part would be earlygame where  and Vanessa are a pain to keep alive. |

You'd have to use quite a bit of Eirique, since Vanessa is 2HKO'ed by archers. Once you get Neimi and Natasha, it's a little better with their supporting roles. Lute's also great with her magic (against all them low-res enemies) and high power growth. After the split, the very first chapter, either path, you get two female units: Tana and Amelia. Put them through the Tower of Valni a few times, and seriously, you're set. Once you're fighting nothing but monsters, and you've got a few promotions (SPAM Lachelle, really), that's all you need.

I once soloed hard mode with Lute, so I assume it won't be too hard when you can use all the other females : /

Yeah, this game isn't really hard enough for most challenges to actually be challenging; about the only challenge I've REALLY had any problems with was a hard mode Eirika-only playthrough where I didn't promote her. *shrug*

Official Progress Update :
Prologue : Nothing worth mentioning.
Chapter 1 : Slightly annoying.
Chapter 2 : Meh.
Chapter 3 : Eirika owned this chapter.
Chapter 4 : Training chapter for Vanessa.
Chapter 5 : First chapter with any actually difficulty because Lute kept getting targeted and would not dodge for beans also getting Joshua and the Guiding Ring was hard .
Chapter 5x : Does not count.
Chapter 6 : I had to break the rules a bit so that I could get that Orion's Bolt.
Chapter 7 : See chapter 1.
I don't know what to promote Natasha into I'm thinking Valkyrie since all holy weapons but Gleipner (which can't be used anyway) are effective against monsters.

You won't have to rely on holy weapons if you make her a bishop. But then again, Valkyries have more aid and move, so whatever.

Oh yeah I forgot that L'Arachel can go Valkyrie but I still have to work out the other Promotion paths for the other females who could promote barring Eirika , L'Arachel and Natasha , so far these are my choices :
Lute : Sage
Neimi : Ranger
Tana and Vanessa : Falconknight
Amelia : Cav -> Paladin
Marisa : Swordmaster

I recommend promoting Lute into a Mage Knight. Besides the extra Movement, Lute can use Thunder without AS loss, which gives her better durability and offense. The rest seem good enough.  |

And she is best in terms of raw stats if they were to go onto the General promotion path, but I don't think that's really necissary considering how easy the game tends to be...

Amelia has the same speed regardless of whether she becomes a Paladin or a Great Knight. And class has no bearing on luck whatsoever. |

What a coincidence, I'm actually doing a similar thing for my Tales patch playthrough, with some differences...
- I played the first eight chapters normally, giving everyone equal chance to level up. Then I saved two different files to take both routes. And then I use all male units for Ephraim's route, and all female units for Eirika's route.
- I'm doing this for Version 2, where all classes are considered "promoted." Also, there are a few class differences.
- The game is not as easy, especially if you do Hard Mode, you will get pwned.
