You might not see it the same way NoA will. They may, also, decide to give units an auto-promotion from now on in the series, as well as give Marth a Leif-esque promotion Oh, come on... We're not talking about 4kids here! >.> Radiant Dawn did not have its difficulty toned down (for the most part). It had auto-promotion for the first tier to the second to begin with, so making it continue was to be expected. It did not censor the characters dying. In fact, they didn't censor any part of the plot, for that matter. I also fail to see how they can "nerf" the scene short of removing it completely, which doesn't make sense considering they didn't seem to care about having Orson permanently leave the team in FE8 (and before anyone tries to say so, the fact FE8's plot was weak doesn't mean it doesn't count).

What does your rant have to do with NoA removing the forced-surrender of a character.
Two new pics are up from the same guy, showing Jeigan becoming a Dragon-whatever. Rank B in lances, yet wields the Silver Lance, so I wonder if it's some artifact from his Paladin class or if the Silver Lance isn't an A rank weapon :?

MIT said that NoA would remove it. I said that didn't make sense, you said it was a lot more likely than I thought, and I gave reasons why saying they're going to remove it with such certainty is silly.

No, you went on a spiel of censorship and nerfing. I said while you may see it as nothing, NoA might think it's a bad mechanic and tweak it. Nothing about likeliness, that came from your end.

Reading my post I do see your point... I apparently lost the topic, but I guess now that I think about it, I don't see the big deal if it does get removed. It just means one more character on the roster, and it's not exactly damaging to the plot if it were gone...

Seeing that video, apparently you can gain a item when you win a Wi-Fi battle. The item the player won in that video was a "Gale Talisman" (疾風の護符 Hayate no Gofu).

Yeah, those Charm/Talisman things can only obtained through winning multiplayer battles. They're only usable there as well.
EDIT
Some new info from the official site.
Rental units:
Expanding on the previous info, rental units can also be used in the main campaign. Any experience points the rental unit gains is added to the same-name character that they're replacing. As well as loaning these rental units directly through the Wireless/Wi-Fi connection, you can also upload and download them from the Wi-Fi server. Don't forget, if you loan a character out, you still keep them on your game.
Online shop:
Using the Wi-Fi connection, you can access an Online Shop from the game. Here you can buy items for your characters. There might also be special items that can only bought from here...

Special items sound kinda nifty, but also kinda gimmicky. Are they only for Wi-Fi battles, I wonder? They'll pro'lly work in single-player mode anyways EDIT: I thought Thracia's music was a little boring before, but its remakes sound worse >.> I kinda wish the weapon icons were touched up a little more too At least the books were ^^ EDIT2: Spells now have multiple ranges like Gaiden EDIT3: Looks like Dragons are now impervious to bow users ^^

Spells now have multiple ranges like Gaiden They do? Which ones? I only noticed 1~2 and 3~10 ranges. Looks like Dragons are now impervious to bow users ^^ Was that Sheeda or Abel? Abel's got an Iote Shield, which might negate the weakness to arrows.

I watched that video and...YES. Fog of War uses the new ruleset laid down by Advance Wars: Dark Conflict. Basically in old times of Fog of War the only vision you had was from where you ended your move. This lead to things like you moving a unit and losing vision of enemies which makes no sense really. The new rules are basically the vision range is taken from everywhere you moved from. Thieves could be really sweet due to being able to now effectively sweep large areas. They do? Which ones? I only noticed 1~2 and 3~10 ranges. That 3-10 range spell was enemy only in FE3...looks like we get Dark Magic now...will Drain make it in probably not as its book 2

They do? Which ones? I only noticed 1~2 and 3~10 ranges. The Dark magic(?) had a greenish tint when I saw it used the second time, which was quite a ways away, I think against the enemy in the top-left near the end (it might've been the second-to-last unit, before Riff). That specific speel had 25 uses. But Linda had also attacked the first time Oguma when he was standing on the castle, with what I thought was a Wind spell (from the icon), she being three spaces away from him (two lay between them). Was that Sheeda or Abel? Abel's got an Iote Shield, which might negate the weakness to arrows. It may have been Abel, if he was the enemy one >.> I remember seeing his stats and wondering why the Dragon icon had a '1' or something and the Pegasus a '0.' But it was the enemies, obviously, with the new character going after the mount
