Alright, I'm just not sure exactly what the bios should be like? Should they be around a paragraph and spoiler-free, or should they actually go into what happens during the game and be more in depth? |

That's a good question. I think the bios on the website are relatively spoiler-free; if you look at any character guide, they're likely to go over strengths and weaknesses, etc. If all else fails, you could submit a full(er) bio for each character that include spoilers and then at the beginning just put a note in there saying that there are indeed spoilers located within the biographies.
And the template is a work in progress; anyone with suggestions should feel free to list them or PM one of the website staff.

This is a great step in putting FESS on top again. I do have character descriptions, though I don't think that they will fit up to site standards. Well, I'll be looking forward into seeing how it will look soon.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about FE7 - really, we could almost C+P their data from Wikipedia - but I would like them for the other games.

I'd hide them personally, assuming it takes little to no work to do.
Originally, I would have though most people looking for character info should expect spoilers, but that wasn't the case for the FE10 Character page on Wikipedia >___<

Spoilers will be denoted if they exist. Certain things (such as walkthroughs or storyline analysis pages) will not be denoted, because, I mean, come on. If it's something that wouldn't inherently involve spoilers, then it'll have a marker at the top.

For those of you who worked on the site, you did a fantastic job. It looks great, has a good feel to it, and definitely shows that we're an authority on Fire Emblem. Thanks for putting in all that hard work.  My only suggestion? Change the banner to something that encompasses all the games. Part of what makes our community stand out amongst the others is that we're knowledgeable of all the Fire Emblem games, not just the most recent ones. I think that's something we should be proud of and prominently display.  |
