He tends to get great levels for me as well, so he's turned from a Leif-esque Lord to more of a fighting Lord

Mine's level-ups aren't too shabby either, only his skill is a bit laggy. Though that tends to be something that happens to all of my lords. Even my Lyns or Eirikas have problems getting good skill, imagine that.

He can quite easily not get enough speed so Medeus doesn't double him, so you should always train Chiki or get Nagi just in case.

He actually has reasonably good stats, it's just he always lags a bit in the endgame.
