This is my 3rd playthrough. I still dont get the 3rd option all i get in obey his comand, and pass it on. Do you have to do the game in hard mode or something

When you finish the game, go through the Epilogue. Then you get the option of saving over that file in a second playthrough; that becomes the new game+ where you can recruit Pelleas.

The Clear: 0 on your save's file turns into Clear: 1 if you start a new game like this.
