I recently got to the start of part 4, and they want me to make three teams....
Some of my charcters are diffently underleveled compared to others... so can someone tell me which characters i should use.

The chapters when divvied up aren't all that dangerous, just...long. You shouldn't have too much trouble on any no matter who you send.

For Micky's team, you might want to bring fliers and a few magic users, for she'll have to deal with a desert in 4-3. Not necessary, but it can help.
For Ike's, you'll need Heather or a bunch of spare Chest Keys in 4-4, as there are 6 chests to nab. Be ready for one long chapter here: reinforcements don't stop for a while.
Tibarn's team needs the least help; he and Elincia can go on a fighting spree for a while and be alright. Do keep in mind that you might want to remove Mercy from Elincia, as she won't kill anything with it on. You can. though, use that to soften up enemies for others.
They also have the best chapter possible for EXP. 4-5 has tons of Feral Ones, and they're not so bad to deal with either. You can use this to help others catch up.

Like MK404 said, chapter 4-5 is amazing for leveling up weaker units. The enemies just keep coming and they give loads of EXP.

Especilly if that group has the beastfoe skill. Though to be honest at that stage of the game I was fed up and just wanted to beat the danmed thing (most of my final map team wasn't in that group anyway). I stuck to the defeault teams pretty much but made a few personal tweeks to them.

Haar and Zihark went with Miciah. Harr because I needed a good flying unit in that team (the Falcoknights were pretty horrible ) and Zihark because of A support with Nolan.

If you get really stumped you should be able to pull through with the forced units (every group gets one Laguz Royal who are fairly capable or nearly soloing the map...)

Alrighty  i made myself a nice team I think, i mixed high and low levelled units.. to make it survivable for all of them.

I made plans for the teams I will use in the final chapters and the SS weapons.
consisting of:
- Ike ( Ragnell )
- Mia ( Vague Katti )
- Edward ( Alondite ) ( Can I obtain that weapon on a normal playthrough?) 
- Soren ( Rexcalibur )
- Illyina ( Rexbolt )
- Sanaki ( Rexflame )
- Shinon ( Double bow )
- Rhys ( Matrona )
- Micaiah ( Rexlight )
- Boyd ( Urvan )
- Gatrie ( Wishblade )
- Sothe  ( Baselard )
- The laguz royals

Is that decent?

Yes, you can.

The basis of who you can use in the final fits into this guideline...

Ike
Kurthnaga
Ena

Reyson/Leanne/Rafiel (You get to choose one AFTER starting the map, that doesn't count towards the total team count)

I think that's it.  Any of the blank lines can be any unit not otherwise mentioned.  If you use all the Beorc units you listed, by this form you'll have room for one Laguz Royal. 

If someone thinks this isn't right, tell me.  I don't remember the exact team size...
