Whatever you want to call it.

That thing has been messing with me for more than an hour.  I keep deleting the files using Malware-byes Antimalware but it keeps on shutting me down every time I restart the computer.  Next thing you know, it's back again.  Anybody have any ideas on how to kill this program?

I didn't think a simple system restore could fix the problem. Dx  Sorry and nevermind.

It probably didn't fix it, it just neutered it. The problem still exists.

I'm pretty sure I went and purged all the malware after restoring, manually.  The problem was that I couldn't terminate them on startup(they kept popping back and starting on their own).

Eltoshen--The Virginia Tech Antivirus website has a related page on XP Antivirus/Antispyware 2009 and all its variations. It also includes a link to a removal program, though I'm not sure how well it will work in your case since you've already attempted to use System Restore/etc. If you haven't already seen/tried their solution, I'd give it a shot.

Good luck!
