Data transfer on a New Game+ file

Well, I know it's not called "New Game+", but the Chrono Trigger name is the one that will always come to my head when thinking of the term

Anyway, I have a very simple question: I want to start a second playthrough using the clear data file of my first one to get Pelleas and etc. I did transfer my FE PoR in my first playthrough. Will I have to repeat the process for this one, or it remembers the transferred data?
