So if Pelleas isn't Ashnard's son, does the game hint who may be? Apart from being a half dragon branded. I wonder if they purposedly left out this unsolved, it could have been interesting.

Actually, the identity of Ashnard's son is revealed in a special conversation in the epilogue.

Thanks for the tip, I've looked for it and I already know the answer. Is funny because I think I picked the PoR save with the A bond between Ike and Soren and got through everything to get Lehran, but then I missed the Soren / Pelleas and Soren / Micaiah battle conversations.

Wow, RD's plot is so amazing, at the end everything falls in place.

As far as actual hints to the effect that... um... that guy is Almedha's and Ashnard's son, the only hint would be his resemblance to Almedha's brothers.

Actually, the resemblance was there even in Path of Radiance, I think. See if you agree.

Actually, I'm probably in the part that thought it pretty much died in part IV.  It was okay for part 1 and 3, though.

Sephiran's Xanatos Gambit was what saved it just cause I thought it was cool.
