In an effort to streamline the length of the forum index, a few changes have been made across the board.
For starters, the Debate section boards have been removed. If there was anything in either of the two boards that you had potentially wanted to reference, you're out of luck. They were just kind of taking up clutter. Secondly, the RPG Board has been moved into the Entertainment section, right below the Movies, etc. board. Blacky Wacky's SRPG Board has been hidden for the time being, until he deems that it is ready to be worked upon again. Finally, the Fiction board has been moved into the Art board as a child board, as they kind of go together.
The Arts section might also be getting some shuffling of the boards within it for better positioning and placement at a later point in time.
Finally, at 4:00 PM EDT today, the Movies, etc. board will become hidden in preparation for the topics to be moved and integrated into the General Discussion board. The staff will be moving the threads shortly after the board is hidden, so we ask that you try to be out of any topics in that board before 4 PM so we don't run into any potential problems. The moving of the topics hopefully won't take long, but depending on the volume of topics and number of people moving them, it might be a little while.
UPDATE - All topics have been moved from Movies, etc. into the General board. Thank you for your cooperation.

Does this mean we'll eventually be putting some of the older FE games into one board, like FE1-2 into just NES and FE3-4-5 into SNES?

It's a possibility at some point down the road, but for right now, they're going to stay as they are. Grouping them under one board could lead to confusion as to which game is being talked about, and we don't want to place FE1 and FE2 (etc.) as child boards under a main NES (etc.) board. And, we are a Fire Emblem board, so we'd like to keep those as a primary focus when looking at the board index.

Are you considering combining the Entertainment and the Arts sections of the board into a "mega-section" at some point in the future? Just wanted to ask, is all.  |

Likely not. Keeping them separate lets people collapse a section if they don't want to pay attention to it. Plus, very few of the things cross-section match well together to warrant it.
