Well...

For Eliwood, I'm not really sure who I really want to pair him with (Hector). I supported him with Lyn, Ninian, and Fiora to get their CG's, nothing more. Hector, I did the same, but my favourite would be with Farina because their CG gives you the impression that the Hector and Farina relationship will be interesting (or at least moreso than Floria and Lyn). Lyn, after I got her CG with Eliwood and Hector pairing, I like to pair her with Rath because her being Sue's mother seems logical, as states before by Illyrias Acolyte.

Also, for other characters:

-Rebecca and Dart: Their support combination is AMAZING, and you get to find out Dart's tru identity. A brother and sister reunion is good.
-Nino and Jaffar: It seems right to assume that Ray's father is Jaffar. Look at those evil faces; they seem to show the same personality. The fact that Ray uses dark magic can reflect Jaffar's dark nature during his time with the Black Fang.
-Erk and Serra because their support owns too in terms of gameplay. Also, thinking of how their lives will turn out during and after their marriage is rather amusing.

From the way the story develops, I continue to insist that Lyn and Hector are the "official" pairing, but I'm aware of roughly twenty-two thousand reasons why that's wrong.

Eliwood...well, I don't like Eliwood and I don't like Roy (damn Generic Male Main Characters) so...wait!  Ninian's every bit as boring, let's pair them together!

Hector, on the other hand...I like all of his, but I'm gonna have to go with Lyn.  Which leaves Florina high and dry.

Fiora x Sain is always great.  Dart x Farina is also.  Rebecca x Wil is the only good one for her (well, Raven would work, but no support ending.  Booo).

I don't like to think of Matthew x Serra, mostly because I just feel really sorry for poor Matt.  And Erk x Serra is just hilarity.

Karla x Bartre just cracks me up.  Poor, poor, absolutely clueless Bartre.

I totally forgot about ErkxSerra and FioraxSain. I love watching her rebuff him. Hysterical. She has such a great sarcastic sense of humor.

And yeah, why don't Raven and Rebecca get an ending? I'd love to see him settle down with a nice girl. Or Lucius.

Some that I don't think I saw mentioned earlier

Heath x Louise: Louise and Pent are clearly the favored couple, and will definitely stay together, but I think I caught a hint of forbidden love in there.  Sort of a Guineveire and Lancelot vibe, but maybe I'm reading too much into it.

Canas x Nino: Nino really deserves a nice father figure.  Whether or not Canas is actually her uncle (I think he is), taking their support all the way gives her this.

Canas x Bartre: Simply hilarious.  Bartre is comic genius! With lines like "I'm going to go punch that rock until my head stops hurting" and "Stop!  Don't tell me, but that's one of those books that kills people, right?" what is not to like?  Honestly.

Priscilla x Raven: Priscilla cannot have a happy ending, she's destined for tragedy, IMHO.  Since I've already used up Heath and forbidden love, since I don't really like Guy, and since Erk is actually a good end for her, they're all ruled out.  Raven really fits the bill well, she's been obsessing over him, and nothing but tragedy will come from it.

Lucius x Serra: Pure win.  From the moment Serra has mistaken identity and pegs Lucius as a girl, that pretty much sealed the deal for me.

Some classics:

Farina x Dart:  As much as I love Farina x Hector, and think they'd be great together, I've resigned myself to looking at the facts (long growth time, too much other evidence for Hector x Lyn which is also delicious, etc.), and anyways Farina x Dart is lovely too.  Both boisterous, adventurous, and competitive.

Hector x Lyn: I have nothing new to add.

Fiora x Kent:  Their supports are just amazing.  The two moral, upright, honorable knights, dissatisfied with the rampant fraternizing between the sexes get together to draft a policy against co-ed mingling, but fall for each other and table the proposal.  They just work so well together.

One of my more like  fanon pairings would be Rebeca and Raven... it's one of those that have potential to develop into a very cute relationship, and get Raven to stop being so angsty.
