We open up FESS2 again and let us Party it to death.
Because really, We're never getting it back, and there's nothing on there anymore. We should party it up until it dies somehow or another!
It's already the moldy rotten corpse of what it once was!

What ever happened with you getting that restore for FESS2, anyway? I vaguely recall that the reason you didn't was because it cost something outrageous and there wasn't any reason to spend the money, and by the time you could it would have expired, but it's been a while.

From what I remember, FESS2 was supposed to be restored after Invision released ZetaBoards or whatever it was. Looks like FESS2's background image is up, even though I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before...

Here's what I remember:
I couldn't restore the forum because they were waiting to bring up their new... whatever their next step was, some new forum software, so I instead asked for a SQL dump. They said that their rate was something like $35 for every 3,000 posts and $25 for every 100 members.
I don't remember the math offhand because those numbers are buried in my Livejournal somewhere, and LJ doesn't have a search function because they're Russian and they're too busy giving their customers stupid avatars at $1/pop, but I think the total I'd have to pay ended up comfortably into four digits. That's insanity.
So congratulations, Jet and Zeph. You killed four years of memories. Jet even gave an insincere apology, because that's just how he rolls. I don't know what Zeph's doing at this point, nor do I care. He could be dead for as much as I care.
I also can't even get my password back. I cannot access FESS2 under any circumstances.

Actually, we temporarily moved FESS4 to a subdomain of the superbusnet domain after the velthomer domain rolled over and got squatted.
It went to tempfess.superbusnet.com/forums, but that URL died out at least a year ago, IIRC.
