Actually, I think it has a shot. 3DS = less piracy = better sales, and they need more reasons to buy a 3DS. I think we didn't see New Monshou because of the piracy factor.

I can't say I'm caring about it, really.
But I don't see why NoA wouldn't release it, especially when the 3DS doesn't have exactly many exclusive titles available. Shin Monshou had quite a few things going against it - piracy, possible issues with Shadow Dragons's reception, being a DS title when the 3DS was already being released - that don't apply to FE13.

You know how Nintendo are like with games. If they reveal its existence we'll still know hardly anything until about 2 months before release when an information avalanche comes out of nowhere. We don't even know how that double attack thing works out which seems to be the main new feature IIRC from the 1.4 minutes of footage shown (or if enemies can use it, that would make for some fun).

I thought Shin Monshou got scrapped because Shadow Dragon rolled over and died. Either way, I'd be incredibly pleased to have a new FE to play. I need to replace my DS Lite anyway and slowly but surely a few 3DS games are catching my interest. EDIT: don't we need a subforum for it now  |
