Are Items in your convey other then coins transferred over to Ike's inventory? Like the special bands you picked up in hard mode of PoR? Or any of your stat boosting items such as boots, energy drop, or skills and the knight ring? Do any skills you didn't use in PoR transferrer over as books or are the only transferable by giving them to your PoR characters? I own the Radiant Dawn game but, I am was going through PoR one more time to refresh my memory of the storyline and to level my characters up to the max in hard mode.

Sadly no, Only the coins. (If bands were transfered I'd do another playthrough in a heartbeat, my others were erased so I had to start over with the first =/)

Yeah, sadly it is only the coins and stats. I guess you can count supports as you can then view them in the support library after you beat the game.

Weapon levels too, and you don't need to be level 20/20 for that either.

Darn it. I really wanted to have the bands again, ah well.
Although true that I don't need everyone to be level 20/20 to get the weapons bonus. I want to make sure that I get the capped stat bonus for my characters, which means they need to be level 20/20. I still have a long road ahead of me. Illyana, Mist, and Rhys are done at least, for levels anyway. But I still need to get Mia, Oscer and Kieran done before chapter 18, they'll be done with their A supports by then, and be kicked out to make room for the rest. Soren should be done soon too, if only he would hurry up and get to level A in wind, GAH! Thanks for the help everyone.

Your doing your transfer on a normal file right? And how do you have 3 20/20 units already?? Even with using/abusing bonus exp, I don't think you can have 3 20/20s before that UNLESS you are doing easy.

Nope I am on Hard mode. I am kind of insane, so here is what I do. On chapters 9,10, and 11, all the bosses are or can be forced on to a square that they can recover on. So I force the boss to use all of his weapons so he can't attack, then I take my units and have them rescue another unit therefore reducing my units speed so he can't attack the boss twice in one turn. I already have a nice stock pile of weapons on all my units, and then I attack the boss over and over again until he is close to being killed or will die if I by some odd chance get a critical. Then I let him recover all of his hit points and repeat this step over and over again until my units attack gets to high. Then I switch to my next unit and do it all over again. By the end of chapter nine I had 1500-2000 turns and all my units except Titania, Mist and Rolf were at there second tier, usually between level 3-10. I don't like to use pre-promoted units like Titania, so I never level them up. I left Rolf because his has the lowest build of all the units in the game, meaning that a promoted Mia and Illyana can rescue him and reduce their critical and speed to keep fighting until their weapons run out. Soren even before promotion and rescue him and level up. Mist I didn't bother with because I knew I could level her up in chapters 10, 11 and 12 so instead I only healed people with Rhys the whole chapter. Since your characters are gaining expedience they sometimes get a level up gain in HP, allowing Rhys to continue to gain exp during the whole chapter. As for chapters 10, and 11, I have to lure the boss onto one of the squares, which takes a bit of work. But once I do I trap him there and repeat the previous steps. As for chapter 11 with the Blacknight, I lure all the vigelantes to me and force them to again use all their weapons just like I do with the bosses. Then once I do that I move my units past the bridge but not in the range of the boss and once all 5 vigaltes are bloking the path I leave two units there so that they cannot pass. Once the Blacknight comes into the battle he will come up to the bridge, but he can't attack or move, and because I am so close he stays there. Then I go and force the boss to use all of his weapons and go through the whole thing again.
In chapter 12, when you meet the Crows I keep one crow alive and surround him. Then I make Jill use her laguzgaurd and have the crow attack her until I have Mist and Illyana at level 20/20 using their staffs, since Illyana all ready has a S in her Thunder magic. That was about 600 turns. So as you can see, I am a bit weird. I will see if I can get a video of my game play to show you guys. I am on chapter 14 right now and the next time I can do my little insane run is in chapter 16. So once I get there I will record it and put it up on youtube and show you.

Yes it does take a very long time. But if you have already beaten RD, you can make it much easier on yourself and turn off animations. It still takes many hours but again, it is worth in the end; at least in my opinion.
Remember though that it doesn't work in every chapter. It only works on chapters that have a square the boss can heal on, and doesn't have a turn limit.
