Will Yune bless an equipped staff?  I've noticed much bickering over staff use in the endgame, namely with the Fortify.  I can imagine what a boon it would be if the Fortify or even Matrona could be blessed so that it wouldn't break, especially after only three uses.

If I only knew she was going to immediately bless the characters.  I hadn't mvoed the best into the first position, so I ended up getting the likes of a Silencer, Arcwind, Steel Greatlance, and the like blessed by mistake

^I was in the same situation, except I ended up with items like Bronze Daggar and Fire getting blessed. At least I was on "Easy"mode...
