Hiya everyone.

Just so you know, Nintendo recently revealed the planning of future Wii & DS games release in France until 2nd quarter of 2008.

Fire Emblem : Radiant Dawn is in, slated for March 14th, 2008 !!

Now I'm not sure if that list (and that date for FE10) holds for other European countries, but that gives lots of hope for them as well.

http://fireemblemgames.free.fr/ (check the news of December 6, 2007)

(On a side note : no SSBB for us before Summer ?! Aaargh, shafted again ! T_T )

EDIT :

It seems like this planning is indeed for France only, as I found a UK planning posted on IGN.com on December 6th, 2007. And that planning doesn't have FE10 in it. I feel really bad for them T_T

Seriously, what's the fucking problem here ?! There's already an english version of that game (aka the US one), and we French have a date before the UK residents !

If its for France its for Europe. NOE only work Europe-wide (for fairness as otherwise most of Europe would get the games months before France, Germany, Spain and Italy do).

That said i'm bloody confused as to why it isn't on any other schedules (though not NOEs own site*) and if it does come out in France I might just make a visit to Nintendo UKs offfices...in person.
*-Its a mess (most games don't actually exist according to the site) and not to mention they contradict themselves. The UK is getting Pheonix Wright 3 in March yet everywhere else seems to be getting Apollo Justice...part of me thinks nobody knows what is coming out then just it will be a Ace Attorney game (its blatently number 3 though I think translation started on Apollo Justice before for some weird reason ).

My advice would be to e-mail NOE. Prefebly the Germans. The UK (codestorm) know nothing so don't waste your time and I would e-mail the Germans myself (since they are clearly the most competant Nintendo in Europe) but I think i've been blacklisted as every time I send them mail I get an English reply telling me to talk to codestorm (FYI, I typed the message in German).

If you don't want to e-mail wait for online retailers to put up the date. Though most are gerbage placeholders some put up the correct date wellbefore NOE announce it.

That list is not a Q2 list in any way. Its just a Q1 list. Unless you want to believe all that is coming out in Q2 is Mario Kart To be frank I don't trust NOEs dates to be accurate at all (they just love to decide out of the blue to push games back months moments before release ). If you do you just line yourself up for disappointment (the most recent being Zak and Wiki).

As for IGNs list. IGN have offices in America and a basement in London. Its easy to see where their interests lie. Their December 2008 release date probably comes from a member who thought it would be funny (firstly NOE don't plan that far in advance and secondly its an old joke getting games a year late*)
*-Its now 3-6 months

I just emailed NoE about confirmation, but their answer will likely take some time (and out of personal experience I already know, their answers are rarely any useful...) oO

Well the wait was long enough... I just hope they actually used that time well, and avoided the mistakes NoA did.
