Glitch?--Involving Steal and class up

I think I just encountered another minor glitch, and I'm wondering if anyone else had seen this or if it is well known...

I just had Heather--level 20, ninety-soimething Exp.--steal a weapon (I don't see why the weapon is relevant) from an enemy. I figured that she would have promoted with the level up, but instead...she just wen't back to Level 20/0 Exp. No class up or level up.

So, has anyone else seen this happen? D: It wouldn't have even been that bad, had she gotten a real Level Up. ;_;

Heather is a rogue, so she doesn't upgrade. Sothe is the only rogue that upgrades to a Whisper.

Or it could be that you need a Master Crown, although I thought everyone could up grade to their third tier through a level 21 Exp gain. Hm.......

Yes, she can promote to Whisper, as well. I've promoted her just fine before, although that was probably with BEXP. Master Crown can work, too, as I just did that in the Base...

Even if she couldn't class up at all, it wouldn't have just looped the level. ._.

I just reread the first post and realized that I miss read it. So sorry about that. I hope that doesn't happen again, it seems like something they would have caught before releasing the game.

Caretoguess: well, it's not the only thing missed in FE10. Data transfer glitch, inconsistencies with Terin/Turin, Muarim's profile issue...

Yes, I could. (The way it went: [lv/exp] 20/~95 -steal- 20/0 [no level or class up] -steal- 20/10 ...) I didn't go beyond 20/30 or 40, so I don't know of it could have kept looping. However, next chapter I went to the base to try and upgrade her class with BEXP, and it did work.
