Okay, so I finally get around to posting here. Part of why I haven't been around was because of school and, the other part, lack of motivation. ;;  So, here we have...errr, nothing too much.

Original Story - Practically, just heads of the main band characters for an original story I'm still developing.

Kyki - One of the two main characters for my original story.  For some reason, I have a few people who seem to like him a lot. ; (This is his outfit reference, by the way. )

And, well, sorry for no FE fanart.  These days, I've been drawing only a bunch of Sothe/Tormod pictures, and I personally don't like showing them here. >_>;

you're drawings are all so great!!

i absolutely love Kyki's outfit (those ribbons are neat). his pose is very well done too. drawing clothes is hard, but you get the folds and the way the light hits them very very nicely.
as far as the character heads go neimi and faulter are my favorites. the only real problem i see is Kyki's ear, i think. it seems just a little too blatant, if that makes any sense at all. but that's really all i can see wrong.

That last one is pleasantly reminiscent of the old Final Fantasy art. Good job, all-around.

iced_saltine - Haha, thanks.  I've been working my butt off to improve my drawing skills.  I have to get back to coloring soon. ; I haven't been coloring much of anything at all. (Ah, yes, I saw that, too...I dunno, but I always notice my mistakes after scanning my work. ._.;; )

teh_boogey - I'm glad it did!  The old official art have some very awe-inspiring concepts of originality.  Well, I'm working to get better each day, artistically and creatively.

Sothe and Tormod's Journey [slightly, errr, boy/boy?] - Sothe and Tormod going off to Daein to celebrate Christmas there.  It's my Christmas present to all my DA buddies, except I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish it by then. =_=; Oh, as for the two people in the back; it's Micaiah and Muarim if that wasn't obvious enough!  Oh yeah, the arms are too short.  On the actual picture, I already fixed the problem. ;;;

Levail, Pillar Pelleas, and Baby Kurthnaga - Err, just a sketch.  It was mainly supposed to only have Levail, but I decided to draw Pillar Pelleas (an inside joke) and baby Kurthnaga (whom I support Pelleas with for my gameplay this time through).  Anyways, really, I think I did justice with Levail in this piece!  I like it a lot better than the other one, even though I didn't have reference for this one. (Levail needs more fanart for being such a great guy! D: )

Well, that's it.   All I can say is, look out for more Levail and Pelleas. I'm in the mood to draw them, that's all.

OC, Zect - My VERY FIRST original Fire Emblem character...that I have ever created...officially.  He's a Raven Laguz of the age of 73, and also known as the infamous lone bandit that resides in the Daein mountains.

Pelleas and my OC, Zect - Zect petting Pelleas's head like a big brother. ; The story goes that Pelleas and Zect met each other on a rainy day, sitting underneath a small shack to keep from getting wet.  Eventually, that meeting made them to become friends...and Zect eventually inspires Pelleas to become a better person and a better king.  So because Pelleas looks up to Zect, Zect is kinda like his big brother!

For the last one, in terms of proportions, Sothe's hand looks rather small.

Eltoshen - Thanks.  There's still a lot of problems in the picture, but I think it looks good overall. ; Sothe's head is actually too big, but if I were to change it and his hand, I would have to change Tormod, too. =__=; Basically, what I'm saying is that if I went in to fix all the problems that are in the picture, I would be best left off starting it all over.  But, thanks for the feed back. It's always useful to keep a lookout for these things.  I don't always seem them myself until it's already too late.

Vin and Duane (Original characters from concept, "Savior") - Something I whipped up for Computer Arts.  My teacher asked us to create our own works and make it into a stamp.  I actually did really good on it. ... I mean the stamps!  I don't really like how I did this picture, but I think it turned out fine, none the less.

Kyki (Original character from concept, "Bell Call") - Something I did for my DeviantART, thanking for a 13,000 pageview. A lot of DA friends liked Kyki so I decided to base my 13,000 pageview picture off of him.  His favorite things are cookies and electronics.

Jauga vs. Veye (Original characters from concept, "Bell Call") - This is one of the pieces I'm using for my Concentration pieces for my Art Portfolio in my AP Art class.  It will all be done in prisma color pencils with the aid of a colorless blender.  I'll put it up once I'm done.  Jauga is the dragon and Veye is the guy...and the guy behind Veye is Kyki.

You've gotten better. Your features aren't floating anymore, and issues grounding the anatomy and facial features aren't as apparent. Naturally, your noses are abit strange when you do have detailed noses in drawings, and of course-- they're all underweight guys.

i just love how you colour~ especially the hair and the eyes!

I can't wait to see Jauga vs. Veye all coloured, especially since you're using prisma colours. prisma colours are fun~ (even if colouring with coloured pencils can be just as frustrating as in photoshop, if for no other reason because you don't have a nifty back button to rely on)

concerning the Jauga piece, i'm wondering if you're going to add more detail when you actually do colour it? ( i do that sometimes) i wouldn't say the piece needs it, but it definitely wouldn't hurt. i can faintly see some muscles on that awesome dragon, it'd be pretty neat if you would make them more pronounced. otherwise very nicely done on the angle of the faces and expressions!

Sothe x Tormod [boy/boy warning] - Sothe hugs Tormod and Tormod is highly shocked.  The reason to that is because the action was pretty random, especially coming from Sothe.  Yup, that's it.

Zect - A simple side view of Zect.  The wind is simply blowing against him...and I really hurried on his wings.

Zect and Pelleas - In my head (yes, in my head), Zect became friends with Pelleas after an incident of both trying to keep dry from rain.  They end up becoming best friends or something of that sort.  In this picture, it's about Pelleas' death.  After Micaiah and co. leave his dead body on the bed, Zect comes in and mourns his loss of his most dearest and only friend.

Vin - If anyone remembers my tomboy, Jocelynn, who basically looks like a man...this is her big brother.  I decided I wanted to have some fun coloring.  This took me about an hour, I think.  Vin is a very cool character who's thoughts are a mystery to those that don't know him.

Creed - Some boy I made up for a contest on DeviantART.  Apparently, if I win the contest, I get a copy of the new game, "The World Ends with You," and some other stuff.  Anyways, this is my design for my character.  He doesn't talk and plays his harmonica to communicate with people.  He is also cyclist as you can tell by his outfit (I think. ) Oh yeah, the person who drew Kingdom Hearts also drew for this game...so I tried to imitate their style.  I got lazy copying it once I finished his head. ;


AND THAT'S IT.  It's more than before only because...there is a HUGE gap between January 17 and April 13. O_o; I've been improving...and I still am...so yeah.  Hopefully, I'll come around some more. :S

Joshua (The World Ends with You) - My first serious attempt at doing fanart of Joshua.  I don't like how it turned out. :\ His face and hair is all wrong (and, by that, I mean that he doesn't look like he supposed to.)

Zect and Tobias - My OC and a DAfriend's OC...done all with charcoal and white pastel.  This piece went toward my AP Portfolio.  So, yeah, as I've been saying for centuries now, I work a ton better with traditional art than digital. :S

And for those who actually pay this thread a visit, I'll be accepting SKETCH requests (as in drawings done with my mechanical pencil.) I feel like drawing a lot now that I got my AP Art Portfolio done and over with, but I just don't know what. D:

It might be just me but uh, the hand thats not near his face, it looks kind of flat, like as if you would stick on a flat hand on where the hand is suppose to be, I dunno if that made sense but I'll try to explain it better if you don't get it.
