.....that are now coming to the American and European releases in the Fire Emblem games that is starting from this one?

Seriously, for starters they have the Bowgun, a weapon which was from FE1 NES, as that alone is what made the game so historical. Finally, they have brought that weapon back, as it has a good critical rate and that the weapon hardly if not ever misses. I missed that weapon.  It was such a good weapon too as it has the highest accuracy out of any other bow in existence, and that Bowmen could retailiate upon that. Next they put in the Worm tome, another spell from the FE1 NES game, as it got carried over to Marth's SNES game, but the tome stopped appearing after Marth' games, and that every but the NES game the spell was enemy only. Also, there was Rewqarp, which that was from FE5 as that was also included in the game as well. What else did you guys noticed stuff from the Japan only releases? Isn't this great now that America and Europe gets to experience these features, well for many that have not played these games?

I've also noticed that they have RexFlame, YES FalaFlame, Alvis' signature weapon. (FE4) Yup! =D

The one that the blue dot cursor is pointing to is the Bowguns that they have for sale also in this game.

The others are

Iron Sword
Yumi
Bowgun
Axe
Iron Spear
Hand Spear

Originally, they just also named these Iron weapons just plain Axe, and Bow! Glad that they didn't carry over these weapons, as they were really meant to be Iron Weapons in the first place!

Rexflame and Falaflame are completely different...

You're right with the Bowgun though. They also brought back FE2 Gold Knights and the real Fenrir tome.

they're simply running out of ideas...

They have been readding stuff for a while now. But few poeple outside of Japan will notice it anyway.
I personally would prefer new items and game mechanics, though.

But still, I am rather disappointed that the Boowguns didn't carry nover to the other games except this one. These were like the most accurate bows in the series and that it crits quite often.

Too bad crossbow type weapons pretty much just suck all around. They can't do any damage at all since they don't add the strength of the character. On the other hand, there is the double bow which resembles a crossbow, as such that it can attack adjacent units aswell as taking advantage of the marksman +1 range =D

Crossbows can be useful to train weaker units or Disarm opponents, though.  I don't think Disarm even requires that you must do damage.

Crossbow weapons do have some advantage, however, when fighting vulnerable flying units. Since thier might is raised quite a bit, even a Bowgun can do fairly decent (24*3=72) base damage to Pegasi and bird Laguz.

Edit: On the subject of Bowguns, what are the units that can use them? Is it only the groups of Fighter/Warrior/Reaver and Archer/Sniper/Marksman, or can other units use them?
Also, Kefka: Disarm doesn't need any damage to activate. I always combine it with Flourish to ensure no damage (except to mages) to keep the enemy alive, to steal the deeqipped item. ;D

Both Fighters and Archers cannot use Crossbows, but yeah it's right.

Crossbow + a foe skill = rape

You have essentially 84 attack when you end up using that...  but it's only useful for few chapters.

Rex Flame is not at all like Fala Flame. Actually Sanaki's personal tome resembles Fala Flame more the Rex Flame does (screen goes dark red and a large sun like thing hits you, plus Fala Flames bonuses are literally 10x better).

The Worm spell was long range magic in FE3 and was quite weird... it attacked with bees. But I like that it along with fenrir and the bowgun was brought back. I kind of hated how warriors lost the ability to use normal bows though.

Anyway what I want to see come back is Heros. They were the most badass class in FE1-3  (and were still awesome on the GBA). Ike and Greil are heros, but they were not quite the real deal in my opinion.

I thought the knights from FE2 were great knights... The gold/great always gets mixed up, like the gold/great arch in FE4 is actually great arch.

I thought it was locust myself

I remember reading a translation of some thing for Gaiden which portrayed the knights as 'Gold Knight.'  I think it was back on the dead FESS2 though.

The FE2 G Knights are indeed Gold Knights (ゴールドナイト). I believe it's noted in both the instruction manual and FE: The Complete.
