It's finally here! The final week of the 2007 NFL season! SuperBowl Sunday is only a few days away, and I am curious to hear who everyone thinks is gonna win the big game.  This year championship especially is going to be a spectacular game.  Not only have these two teams, the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, already played each other during the regular season finale, but no matter who wins this game, it will be historic either way.

The Patriots, like everybody knows, are on the verge of becoming the only team to win EVERY single game in a season.  To go undefeated in professional football is a wild thought, even if the '72 Dolphins accomplished the same thing over thirty years ago.  That was then, this is now.  The Dolphins played two less games than the Patriots will play, so New England could easily be considered the BEST football team to ever be assembled.  As for the Giants, they have an opportunity to achieve the BIGGEST UPSET in the history of the game.  Plain and simple.  They're one of the only teams that gave the Pats a challenge during the regular season, and the G-Men are on FIRE right now.  I truly hope this game lives up to the hype that's been built around it.  Winner or Loser, it doesn't matter.  Both teams have come so far.

The Giants are hot, but not hot enough. It's cause Tiki Barber retired too early.

I don't think the Giants will win, but I still think it'll be a good game.

Ugh. Football, and not the good kind.

I really couldn't care less who wins. At long as it's not the Patriots. Haha.

The whole focus on the American Football world is right in my backyard...

And of the three teams in my area, I root for the "wrong" one.

I hafta root for the Giants this Superbowl go-around. Knowing my luck, that'll be the losing team (Last time I took the SB seriously was back a few years to Seahawks v. Steelers, and I rooted for the Seahawks - I hadn't gone to CMU yet)

<-Native New Yorker (not from the city)

Then again, I watch the Superbowl mostly for the Commercials, so meh.

Food and commercials are my biggest reasons for watching the Super Bowl too, but. I can watch football and enjoy it anyway, maybe because of the strategy aspects of it? After all, this is the biggest game of the year.

I'm rooting for the Giants, but I don't think they'll be able to pull it off. We'll see.

Gotta feel bad for the Jets fans. Hess colors are a plus though. Patriots fans are annoying as hell. They're like Red Sox fans, except even less can name a player that isn't a franchise face. TOM BRADY RANDY MOSS WOO HOO! At least only the Monday following the Superbowl will I have to listen to crap about a perfect season.

The Superbowl itself will be entirely too long, entirely too uneventful, and the announcers will be entirely too annoying. Halftime is guaranteed to suck, as it has since I can remember. I'm gonna watch it or most of it anyway though. I'm a tool.

We operate a large kitten farm in Texas, providing thousands of domestic felines for release into urban areas each month. We rely on the freshness of Tuscan Milk, as our kittens will not drink anything less. During the Italian milk drought of '03 we lost hundreds of puss, because the kittens refused to drink anything but Tuscan Whole. Thankfully Tuscan also produces their Fresh Powdered line, which is canned at the teats of elderly bovine. Thanks to the Italians, Texas streets will always have plenty of healthy long-haired puss for stroking. A+++ Will do business again!!!

Awesome. First Super Bowl I've watched in years, and my team won.

Honestly that was the best SuperBowl I've seen in awhile.  I'm an Atlanta fan (we're getting there next year), but I wanted to see some NFL history so I was rootin' for the Patriots to win.  Turns out I saw something even greater in the biggest UPSET EVER!!   I didn't even like Eli Manning all that much, but I HAVE to admit that it was pretty cool to see him win the big one after all the criticism he's taken.  Plus, he did it a year after his big brother Peyton led the Colts to a SuperBowl victory.  I'd say that's pretty special.  Fairytale stuff.

Now the commercials, on the other hand, were lacking imo.  Some were pretty funny (the Justin Timberlake one comes to mind), but the majority just didn't make any sense.  Oh well.  They are JUST that: commercials.

Oh, come on! Give some love for the Diet Pepsi Max What is Love? Commercial! That had nostalgia riding up it!

Also: Best. Fourth Quarter. EVAR! First time the Commercials were outdone by the game IMO.

The funny thing was that everyone I was watching the Game with knew the Heartbreakers, but I didn't O_o. Wei~rd...

No. That Diet Pepsi Max commercial was stupid. The only part that rocked was when Chris Kattan flipped out. That man is amazing.

And Tom Petty's voice has gotten pretty weak... I mean he still sang all right but "I Won't Back Down" or whatever it was called lacked that strength he had back in the day.

Commercials died off after the first quarter. The Ford one was less amazing the third or fourth time.

Anyway:

18-1! HAHA, BITCHES! 14-6! 14-6! 14-6! 14-6! 14-6!
