How do Support conversation transfers work?

Hey, guys.

I've got a question about how Support conversation transfers from FE9 work. I know that in FE7 and 8 you just need to have the two people Support each other and then their conversation is immediately available for reading in the Support room, if you've unlocked it.

Is this the case in FE9-10, too? Does the memory card remember all of the support conversations you've unlocked even if you didn't complete the playthrough in which you unlocked them? The fact that only endgame data from FE9 gets transferred to FE10 suggests that the answer to my query is no, but I'd like to know for sure.

I believe the your suspicions are correct. Unfortunately so.

Only the supports on the file you transferred.  Basically you could just transfer all your files ( you can have up to 6 in Radiant Dawn ), but if you have erased a playthrough and a support that was there isn't anymore, you'll have to play again.

So getting 100% supports in FE9 would indeed be a great accomplishment...

Anyway, one more question, for those of you who have beaten FE10: The support conversations in FE10 have gotten some negative responses for being generic, I understand. Since they're so generic, shall I assume that there is no Support room for them?
