We have known of the March 14th date for some time now. Though this date appeared on a release list that was only on French site and in December (
and retailers also have this date but retailers are well versed at throwing placeholders down or using rumoured dates) plus NOEs track record of moving dates about meant it wasn't reliable.
NOE have now formally announced it. Here is the

The game features a Suspend feature, a temporary save file to give you a quick-start point if you’re afraid you’ll suffer casualties in battle. However, you can use this feature only one time per map and is only available when you play on Hard difficulty.
Wha? I'm thinking the person who wrote the original page in German got confused between suspend and battle saves. Either that or the translator did.
Edit: The German page seems to use better langugage.
The game has a cache function, a temporary storage file, which you 2nd Chances are, if you are afraid in battle to suffer losses. You can use this function only once per card use, and only if you at the highest difficulty level.
The other 3 langauges seem to be based off the English (at least the term second chance isn't used by them)

for those of you who don't know that revealed a revelation you find out in the final mapAnother weird thing is the news story mentions Gamecube controller support but the game Page doesn't...so it is looking like the game page isn't too reliable a source of info.
Edit:I think the UK is the only Nintendo of Europe to get the news story about the date.
