[Yes, the formatting is off- I'll fix in my own time]
This guide is done to a more complete form then any out there: However, with the low demand, I'm taking a new stance:
The Two incomplete sections, The NPC and Enemy Codes, are going to be filled in by need. Simply make the request, and it will be done. Don't act like you are requesting anything: Just say "I want (Insert part) done." And it will be done.

Introduction and FAQ
2.1: Introduction
Hello, and welcome to FESS' Fire Emblem 7 Code Code guide. Here, we hope to provide you with the largest code database, with many codes that you cannot find anywhere else. For all intents and purposes, I am the code archiver, SoC, and my main purpose in this archive is to help you, the cheater, easily find the most unique codes for Fire Emblem 7.
2.2: Code Philosophy
I, though FESS may hold different views, believe codes are to be shared by all. Any code that is created should be shared with everyone, and it should be open to all.
Following on this, all codes posted here do not need to have an author put on them in order to go into this archive. I maintain this due to the fact that anyone with enough skill can find them; I DO NOT believe in the "I found it first so it is mine" view. This even extends to official codes by official sources.
Because of this, I will not post author names of codes. If this is a problem for you, please take it up with me by means of a PM, or for faster results, FESSChat. If I, not the Admins, feel that your case holds enough water, I will mark your name beside the code; I will refuse to take it down, however.
This, however, does not apply to certain codes; Arcane's Class and Portrait Suite, for instance, is something that will be credited to him. This is more suggestive on my part, however; If I feel your code is truly something I can call your code, and if I feel it is something worth while (For instance, I'm not going to add "Button Activated Full Health," or something along those lines) Then it will be in with a mention of your name.
2.3: Warnings
I, nor FESS, is responsible for loss of data and/or the damages that may be done to your game with the use of these codes. While I maintain that most of these codes will not harm your game in any fashion, the chance is still there, and thus, I must say this.
Also, the "Experimental Codes," fall under an entirely different standard. I do not endorse the use of these codes in any way, shape, or form. They may completely destroy your game, but more than likely you will lose all your data. Remember: You have been warned. Failure to understand this is not my fault, nor the fault of FESS.
Also, if you are to make code requests, you request them HERE, not in the "Coding and Hacking" forum. That is for the posting of codes, not for the requesting of them.
2.4: FAQ
Question: What are these codes for? Answer: The codes in this guide are to be entered on a Codebreaker or a Game Shark SP
Question: But I have an Action Replay! Does that mean you have no codes for me? Answer: No. Actually, I possess the ability to convert most, if not all, of the codes listed here into Action Replay usable codes. The reason they are not listed is because of the fact that Codebreaker/GSSP are the most popular form of Game Enhancer.
Question: How do I enter these codes? Answer: Honestly? If you have a Game Enhancer and have not figured out how to do this, I don't really care if you don't know how. If not, pick one up and read that pretty instruction manual that came with it. It's there for a reason.
Question: Cheating is wrong you guys! Answer: While this isn't actually a question, I feel I must address it any way: We hackers of FESS couldn't care less about your opinion on what we do. If you don't like the fact that we cheat, or make cheats, you don't have to talk to us. If you try to flame us, you will be dealt with by the Admins. It is that simple.
Question: But I use the VBA! Answer: You can use any of the codes here. The only difference is you do not have to enter a [M] Code.
Question: How do you all do this? Answer: I'll be frank: If you have to ask this question, you do not possess the skills necessary to learn how to do this. It is that simple. However, to answer it, we use a ROM of the games and find the coding within them, and use that to find the codes. That is, in the simplest terms, how we find codes.
If there are any questions asked here that seem to be frequent enough for me to add them, I will do so.
2.5: Contributors
The people listed here are people that have offered much to this guide, and people that it would be too time consuming to mention for each code they have added.
As such, they will simply be listed here.
The maker of the FE7 Code Guide on Game Faqs. His permission is with this topic.
2.6: Code Guide Key
(X): You have to use a preset value for this code: These can be found in the "Value" section. (#): You have to use hexadecimal values for these. If you do not know hex off top of your head, Windows Calculator can do dec-to-hex conversions. (?): The value system has not been figured out.

Codes
3.1: Master Code
Code Breaker (Unneeded for VBA- Make a request for Action Replay): 00006777 000A 10001BE0 0007
3.2: A note for the Player, Enemy, and NPC codes
Due to space constrictions, I will only be posting the codes for slot 1 for each of these 3 sets. However, I will be posting a method you
can use to get other slots.
To get the 2nd person , add 48 HEX to the address. To get the 3rd person , add 90 HEX to the address.
And on, and on. Basically, for how many characters you want to go up, multiply 48 by that number. Then, add that to the specific code you want, and then use the same values you would use for the slot one code.

Experimental Codes
Note: These codes are NOT advised to be used in any fashion. They are only here because they are actual codes. Remember: I nor FESS is responsible for damages to your cartridge or game due to you using these codes.
32020174 000F: This code Enables the option found in Fire Emblem 6: The one that gives your units the default colorizations. While it SHOULD work to perfection, it is dealing with things that FE6 was not, and it was abandoned. As such, I am unsure of how it will react to characters such as Nino!Sage, Lucius, Legault, just to name a few. If anyone who tests this finds that it does work perfectly, this will be moved to the "Code" Page. (To get it, scroll down to the very bottom of the "Options" Menu in the game, just like in FE6. (Originally found by Arcane)
32025070 00XX: A Load Modifier. This code has not been figured out enough for me to even RECOMMEND touching. Stay away until more is figured out. A few things have been figured out, but none of them are good enough to post. (Originally found by Arcane)
32025078 00XX: Enables Extra Options in the "Extras" Menu. Currently, it has not been figured out enough to offer anything really worthwhile. (Originally found by Arcane)

I'm sure the answer's going to be an obvious smack in the face. But how do I use the chapter values?

Not only does that not have ANYTHING to do with ANY question that has been asked, it's also flat out wrong- Those classes just don't work. There's little anything "Dangerous" about them. And following on that mode of thought, I've removed the asterisks.

SoC, I don't know if you or somebody figured it out, but I think I know how to get the alternate character selection in the debug map (value 42).
When starting the chapter, keep tapping Start.

... Part of me is so annoyed right now, because I found that originally and had NO idea how on earth I got it, only to find it was something that simple. Another part of me is glad that I'm not insane.

XD On a similar note, the equivalent map (44) in the Japanese version is slightly more interesting. - If you start the chapter with the default selection, Eliwood comes in and appears to initiate the village dialogue in Chapter 11E that gives you the Dracoshield.
- The overall map is much larger, with the rest of the map resembling Chapter 30E/32H.
- Most of the villages actually work, although if they do it initiates a dialogue with Nino and Jaffar who show the various alternate portraits (eh. Angry, sad) of the main Lord (I had Eliwood)?
- The last two villages are an useless armoury and vendor
- The snags break properly...

With the address difference being +4, IIRC, would you be stating that the difference for the Map Values is +2? Or is this a unique case? (Either way, I'm off to screw with this myself- Maybe see what the European version has to offer). EDIT: Hum. Darn, the European version has nothing unique. I'll test the Spain version later.

(Either way, I'm off to screw with this myself- Maybe see what the European version has to offer). I think it's more of an unique case. The "regular" chapters have the same values as in the NA version, but after 2F (?) there's two maps that won't load and then the funky maps begin.

Funky to what degree? Glitchy and don't work, or just different?

The Great Arcane returns with his suite recoded with no help this time!
Because I had to ask here for help, I figure I'll post it here.
Notes: Select+UP for portrait upwards, select+down for portrait downwards, select+left for class down, select+right for class up. (whose genius idea was it to put copypastable lines into the code tag? christ. FE7 Suite: Affects first character. There are ways to change who's the first character. Is now pretty close to 100% safe, if you go over/under the maximums it'll loop around to the closest safe option. I'll port this to FE6 within a few days, though it's easy as dirt to do so.
